YGG Collective is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have done so without verified parental consent, we will delete that information.

When you subscribe, purchase access, complete a form, or contact us directly, we may collect your name, email address, payment details (processed through Kajabi’s payment infrastructure), and any information you choose to share.

Information Collected Automatically

The Platform collects data about how subscribers engage with content. This may include open and click data, device type, browser information, IP address, and general location. This information is collected by Kajabi as part of normal newsletter operations.

This data informs editorial decisions and platform improvement. It does not personally identify you unless you have provided identifying information directly.

 

3. Cookies and Tracking

Kajabi, as our delivery platform, uses cookies and tracking technologies as part of standard newsletter infrastructure. This may include:

• Open and click tracking within emails 
• Web analytics on any associated web properties
• Session data for platform functionality

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Some platform functionality may be affected as a result.

Where applicable, we may use advertising pixels on web properties in alignment with those platforms’ policies. 

 

4. Third-Party Services

Some features of the Platform involve third-party providers. These parties operate under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns about their data practices. We do not control third-party tracking technologies.

When you subscribe to YGG Collective or contact us by email, we retain your email address, any content you send, and our responses. This data is treated with the same care as all other personal information we hold.

 

6. Email Policy

• We do not sell, rent, or lease subscriber email lists to third parties.
• Every email from YGG Collective will clearly identify the sender and include unsubscribe instructions.
• You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any YGG Collective email or by contacting us at [email protected].

Unsubscribing removes you from future marketing and newsletter communications. It does not delete your account or billing history, which are managed through Kajabi.

 

7. Why We Collect Information

• Communicate about platform updates, new content, and relevant resources
• Process payments and administer billing (via Kajabi)
• Improve editorial quality and platform performance
• Meet legal and compliance obligations

You can read most publicly available YGG Collective content without providing personal information. Providing information is required only to access paid subscriber content.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

 We may share information with trusted third-party providers who support platform operations, including:

• Kajabi (newsletter delivery, subscription management, payment processing)
• Website analytics providers
• Technical and hosting service providers

 These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are required to protect it in accordance with applicable privacy law.

 We may also disclose information to enforce our Terms of Use, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful government requests, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect subscriber data. Kajabi maintains its own security standards as part of platform infrastructure.

Email is not inherently a secure channel. Please avoid transmitting sensitive information (such as payment details) via direct email.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you cancel your subscription or request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from active systems unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. Requests to delete account data held by Kajabi should be directed to Kajabi directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. The updated date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
