1. What This Is

YGG Collective is a platform of recognition resources, essays, and professional development content for women navigating burnout, identity, AI leadership, and the work of becoming themselves again.

By accessing YGG Collective on any platform—whether through the Kajabi web reader, your inbox, or any affiliated digital property—you are agreeing to these Terms of Use.

Read them. They are not designed to trap you. They are designed to be clear.

If you don't agree, please don't continue. Access without agreement doesn't change the terms that apply.

 

2. What La Jefa Offers

YGG Collective provides intelligence, frameworks, and strategic context to help senior leaders make better decisions about AI. It does not provide:

• Legal, compliance, or regulatory advice specific to your organization
• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Medical or psychological counsel

YGG Collective is intelligence, not instruction. The judgment calls remain yours. That's the point.

 

3. Who This Is For

YGG Collective is intended for individuals 18 years or older who hold, or are moving toward, senior leadership roles in enterprise, government, health, education, or other regulated sectors.

Access is extended to subscribers in good standing. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access where terms are violated or where use is inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 All content on the YGG Collective Platform is the intellectual property of Zing & Moxie Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted. This includes:

• Newsletter issues and email content
• Frameworks, prompts, and decision tools
• The Field Guide to AI Governance and other subscriber resources
• Brand assets, graphics, and design elements
• Course materials, guides, and digital resources

Content is protected under copyright, trademark, and applicable laws.

You may quote or reference YGG Collective content with clear attribution for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or publish YGG Collective content as your own
• Use YGG Collective content to develop competing products or derivative works
• Share subscriber-only content outside the platform
• Modify or repackage any framework or tool under a different brand 

 

5. Subscriber Responsibilities

YGG Collective is a professional intelligence resource. Subscribers agree to:

• Use content for personal professional development and organizational application, not resale
• Maintain the confidentiality of subscriber-only materials
• Engage with the platform in good faith

You are responsible for how you apply what you read. YGG Collective equips judgment. The decisions you make from it are yours.

 

6. Paid Offers

YGG Collective operates as an ecosystem of offers across memberships, digital products, and advisory engagements. All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. The company operates under Australian jurisdiction.

Memberships and subscriptions are processed through Kajabi. By subscribing, you agree to Kajabi's payment and billing terms in addition to these Terms. Advisory engagements are invoiced directly and governed by a separate agreement confirmed at the time of booking.

Because YGG Collective delivers digital content, all digital product and membership purchases are considered final sale. Once access has been granted, payments are not refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Advisory engagements are subject to cancellation and refund terms outlined in the engagement agreement.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled with the same rigor we apply to everything else: deliberately, proportionately, and without games.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform responsibly. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy below for full detail.

 

8. Platform Conduct

YGG Collective does not operate a public community forum. However, where direct communication or community features are made available, subscribers agree to:

• Engage professionally and respectfully
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or bad-faith disruption
• Not use platform access or content for competitive intelligence gathering or unauthorized research

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access where conduct is inconsistent with these standards.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zing & Moxie Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Outcomes arising from your application of YGG Collective content in your organization
• Decisions made on the basis of YGG Collective frameworks or analysis
• Technical interruptions to platform access
• Third-party platform failures (including Kajabi)

YGG Collective is offered in good faith as professional intelligence. It does not replace your judgment. It sharpens it.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. The updated date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the YGG Collective Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be addressed through direct negotiation in the first instance, and if necessary, through the courts of Victoria.
