YGG Collective is a platform of recognition resources, AI companions, essays, digital products, and professional development experiences designed to help people recognize patterns, strengthen judgment, and make thoughtful decisions.

This includes, but is not limited to, The Library of Recognition, memberships, assessments, guides, downloads, courses, newsletters, and advisory services.

By accessing YGG Collective through our website, Kajabi, ChatGPT, email, or any affiliated digital platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Read them. They are not designed to trap you. They are designed to be clear.

If you don't agree, please don't continue. Access without agreement doesn't change the terms that apply.

 

2. What YGG Collective Offers

YGG Collective creates educational and reflective resources that help people notice patterns, develop language for what they're experiencing, and strengthen their own judgment.

Our products may include AI companions, recognition assessments, frameworks, essays, courses, prompts, and professional development resources.

YGG Collective does not provide:

• Legal, compliance, or regulatory advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
• Crisis support
• Professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances

The Library of Recognition and all YGG Collective products are intended for educational, informational, and reflective purposes only.

 

3. Who This Is For

YGG Collective is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

Some products are designed for senior leaders and professionals. Others are intended for anyone interested in reflection, creativity, storytelling, decision-making, or personal growth.

Access is extended to customers and subscribers in good standing. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access where these Terms are violated or where use is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the platform.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content published by YGG Collective is the intellectual property of Zing & Moxie Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

• The Library of Recognition and all AI companions
• Recognition Assessments
• Frameworks, prompts, and decision tools
• Newsletter issues and email content
• Courses, guides, worksheets, and digital resources
• Brand assets, graphics, illustrations, and design elements
• Written content, copy, audio, and video materials

Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws.

You may quote or reference YGG Collective content with appropriate attribution for non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish YGG Collective content as your own
• Share purchased digital products or subscriber-only content with others
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our products
• Use our content to create competing products or derivative works
• Modify or repackage our frameworks under another brand

When you purchase a digital product, you're purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to use that product. Ownership of the intellectual property always remains with Zing & Moxie Pty Ltd.

Short version: Reference it. Credit it. Don't lift it.

 

5. Subscriber & Customer Responsibilities

YGG Collective is built on thoughtful use.

Customers and subscribers agree to:

• Use purchased products for personal use unless otherwise stated
• Maintain the confidentiality of subscriber-only materials
• Engage with the platform respectfully and in good faith
• Keep account credentials secure
• Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms required to access our products

You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

YGG Collective supports better judgment. The decisions remain yours.

 

6. Paid Products & Services

YGG Collective offers memberships, digital products, assessments, AI companions, courses, and advisory services.

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

The business operates under Australian law.

 

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Products may be delivered through Kajabi, ChatGPT, email, or other approved digital platforms.

 

ChatGPT Requirements

Some products, including The Library of Recognition, are delivered as Custom GPTs.

Access to these products requires:

• an active ChatGPT account
• a current ChatGPT Plus subscription (or another OpenAI subscription that supports Custom GPTs)

These subscriptions are provided by OpenAI and are not included in your purchase unless explicitly stated.

Maintaining access to the required third-party platform is the customer's responsibility.

 

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final.

Refunds are not available once access has been provided, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Advisory engagements are governed by their own engagement agreement and cancellation terms.

If you experience genuine technical issues accessing content you have purchased, contact [email protected] and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

 

7. Third Party Platforms

Some YGG Collective products rely on third-party services including Kajabi, OpenAI's ChatGPT, Stripe, and other technology providers.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure access, we are not responsible for:

• outages or interruptions to third-party platforms
• subscription changes made by third-party providers
• platform feature changes
• account suspensions imposed by third parties
• technical failures outside our reasonable control

Use of these services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

 

8. Privacy

Your data is handled with the same care we apply to everything else: deliberately, proportionately, and without games.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate YGG Collective and deliver our products and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. Platform Conduct

 Where communication, comments, or community features are available, customers agree to:

• engage respectfully
• refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct
• avoid disruptive or bad-faith behavior
• not use platform access for unauthorized research or competitive intelligence

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access where conduct is inconsistent with these standards.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zing & Moxie Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not liable for:

• decisions made using YGG Collective content
• business, financial, or personal outcomes arising from use of our products
• technical interruptions
• third-party platform failures
• changes made by OpenAI, Kajabi, or other service providers

YGG Collective is offered in good faith as an educational and reflective resource.

It does not replace your judgment. It strengthens it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

Your continued use of YGG Collective after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be determined by the courts of Victoria, Australia.
